The School Management System is a multi-tenant application. Each school organization can operate under its own subdomain while sharing the same backend API. Access is controlled by login credentials and role-based permissions.

The main functional areas are:

  • People and access: roles, permissions, staff, teachers, students, and parents
  • Organization: schools, branches, and plans
  • Academic setup: enrollments, batches, majors, classes, and teacher assignments
  • Learning: assignments and exams
  • Campus operations: notices, geo fences, and attendance

School Management System က multi-tenant application ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ School organization တစ်ခုချင်းစီဟာ ကိုယ်ပိုင် subdomain နဲ့သုံးနိုင်ပြီး backend API တစ်ခုတည်းကိုမျှဝေသုံးစွဲပါတယ်။ Access ကို login credentials နဲ့ role-based permissions တွေနဲ့ထိန်းချုပ်ထားပါတယ်။

Daily Usage Idea​

Admins usually prepare the organization and academic data first. Teachers then work with classes, assignments, exams, and attendance. Students and parents mainly use their own portals to view notices, attendance, and learning information.

နေ့စဉ်အသုံးပြုမှုမှာ admin များက organization နဲ့ academic data ကိုအရင်ပြင်ဆင်တတ်ကြပါတယ်။ ထို့နောက် teacher များက class, assignment, exam, attendance workflow တွေကိုသုံးပါမယ်။ Student နဲ့ parent များကတော့ ကိုယ်ပိုင် portal ထဲက notice, attendance, learning information တွေကိုအဓိကကြည့်ရှုအသုံးပြုကြပါမယ်။
