Attendance, Geo Fences, and Notices

The campus operation tools help the school handle daily communication and attendance control.

Notice Board​

Use Notice Board to publish announcements to portal users. Notices can be used for school updates, event reminders, and urgent information.

Geo Fences​

Use Geo Fences to define the allowed attendance area for a school campus. A geo fence usually includes:

  • school selection
  • location center
  • radius in meters
  • active or inactive status

Attendance​

Attendance data can be reviewed in the Attendance section. Students can punch attendance from their portal when they are inside the valid geo-fence range. Teachers or admins with elevated permission may also perform backdated attendance actions.

Campus operation tools တွေက school communication နဲ့ attendance control ကိုနေ့စဉ်စီမံရာမှာအသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။

Notice Board​

Notice Board ကို portal user များထံ announcement တင်ရန်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ School update, event reminder, urgent information တွေအတွက်အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။

Geo Fences​

Geo Fences ကို campus attendance area သတ်မှတ်ရန်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Geo fence တစ်ခုမှာ အများအားဖြင့် -

  • school selection
  • location center
  • radius in meters
  • active သို့မဟုတ် inactive status

ပါဝင်ပါမယ်။

Attendance​

Attendance section မှာ attendance data ကိုပြန်လည်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Student များက valid geo-fence range အတွင်းရှိနေချိန် portal မှ attendance punch လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Permission ပိုမြင့်တဲ့ teacher သို့မဟုတ် admin များက backdated attendance action လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Operational Reminder​

If attendance is required by location, confirm the school geo fence is active before asking students to punch in or out.

Location based attendance သုံးမယ်ဆိုရင် student များအား punch in/out လုပ်ခိုင်းမီ school geo fence active ဖြစ်နေကြောင်းအရင်စစ်ပါ။
